We are confident that your diamond or jewelry purchase will meet your expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 7 days from the date that you received it for a full refund (less shipping expenses). All you need to do is contact your sales representative to make the necessary arrangements. This return policy may not apply to custom work that we have undertaken on your behalf. So ask your sales representative if any customization will be necessary prior to placing your order.
Appraisals and Certification
Upon request, Leon Zoland & Son, Inc. will be happy to provide you with an appraisal of your jewelry purchase at no additional charge. This will provide you with a quality and price evaluation that you can use for insurance purposes. In addition to our appraisal, many of our loose diamonds and engagement rings come with GIA certificates.
