RETURN POLICY

We are confident that your purchase will meet your expectations. However, you may return your purchase within 14 days from the date that you received it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Customized pieces are not returnable, so ask your sales representative if customization is necessary prior to placing your order.

Return merchandise must be in original, new condition. Please be aware that custom orders, special orders, and altered or sized items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.

Leon Zoland Son, Inc. (d.b.a. Zoland) does not accept returns or exchanges on lab-grown diamonds.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Returns on items purchased in our store at 75 West 47th Street in New York City must be made in person there during our normal business hours.

RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES

We are pleased to offer returns for online orders. You must fill out the form on the Returns page of our website and receive an RMA number. Online orders must be shipped to 75 West 47th Street, NY, NY 10036, Attn: Returns. Please include the RMA number, your name, address, and phone number in the package. When we receive your return, our Support Department will review it. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible—usually within a few business days.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must:

  • Should not show signs of wear or damage

  • May not be engraved, altered, or resized

  • Must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RMA) number

  • Must include the original jewelry box

We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 14 days or that doesn’t meet the above requirements. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns typically take no more than five days to process. Your refund should appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing periods, depending on the date of return.

Please use care when packaging and shipping your return. You should insure the package for the full purchase price with your carrier. Please be sure to package your return item with proper protection from damage (i.e. bubble wrap, tissue paper, etc.) Zoland cannot be responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

PRE-AUTHORIZING YOUR RETURN

Please fill out the online return form, call 212-575-8875, or email info@zolands.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number will be emailed to you for merchandise that meets our return criteria.

ITEM AVAILABILITY AND PRICE CHANGES

All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only products that are available for immediate purchase, occasionally we may have a product that is for sale on the website that is unavailable.

Product prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund a customer's money if we find that a price is listed incorrectly on our website. In addition, we reserve the right to change prices for the same product to reflect fluctuations in demand or the cost of component materials for an item.

RING SIZING

Zoland offers complimentary ring sizing on rings that you purchase. Please select a ring size when placing items in your shopping cart. Please note, however, that some rings may not be able to be sized. In those cases, the item may have to be specially ordered. All sized items and special order sales are final. Please allow up to 5 business days for sizing. For rings with stones going all around the finger, where the number of stones will change from the original ring when sized, additional charges may be incurred.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Most of the photography on the website that includes people is of actual Zoland customers, not models.  We thank them for their photography and welcome yours as well. Furthermore, there is virtually no “stock photography” on the website. All jewelry product photography is of the actual finished pieces. We do minimal photo retouching but do edits for clarity, composition, and content. Please note that items in person may differ from photographs due to, but not limited to, cameras, lenses, screen resolution, lighting, color rendering of video monitors, etc.
