Yale Zoland, President
For over 38 years, Yale has helped people celebrate their special moments with beautiful jewelry. He joined his parents in the family business upon earning a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University in June 1987 and has led Zoland since his parents’ retirement in 1997. Yale loves his work, especially designing and creating the perfect piece for a client. He is honored to serve third, fourth, and even fifth-generation Zoland clients! Yale lives in Westchester County with his wife, Wendy, with whom he has three children. Away from 47th Street, Yale might be found in the kitchen, tasting wine, skiing, or giving back to the community that he and his family are so entrenched in and enriched by.
Rob Zoland, Vice President
Rob joined his brother Yale in the family business in August 2004 after a career in theater design and computer-aided automation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and a Masters in Fine Arts from the Yale School of Drama. As Vice President, Rob’s responsibilities include sales, purchasing, and IT management while helping to forge the direction of Zoland. He loves getting to work with family, designing one-of-a-kind pieces, and being a part of important, memorable moments in people's lives. Rob lives in Westchester County with his wife, Jocelyn, and two children. He is a passionate photographer, cook, and home renovator.
Fred Hulnick
A long-time family friend, Fred, joined the Zoland team in September 2005. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Fred handles sales, design, procurement, and social media marketing at Zoland. He lives in Manhattan and enjoys spending time with family in Florida, California, and New York. Fred loves the creative side of Zoland, sharing in clients’ special moments, and working with his colleagues at Zoland. Fred is an avid international traveler, a watch geek, an identical twin, and a passionate New Yorker.
Irene Sushkina
Irene joined the Zoland team in the spring of 1999, shortly after emigrating from Ukraine. While there, she completed a master’s degree in Human Resources at the Ukrainian Economic University. Irene is tasked with sales, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. She and her husband have been happily married for over 25 years and share two children. Irene adores her friends and colleagues on the Zoland team and loves building relationships with new customers.
Sal Vaccaro
Since Alvin Zoland hired him in October 1984, Sal has been a proud member of the Zoland team. Before joining the business, he served as an NYPD officer for 20 years. In addition to providing security at Zoland, Sal is a shipping guru and bookkeeper. He is married with two children, one grandson, and a dog. Sal loves working with an entertaining and compassionate group of people at Zoland. He is a talented storyteller and a dog lover.
Miguel Marcial
Miguel joined the Zoland team in January 2014 after 20 years in New York law enforcement. He holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In addition to providing security at Zoland, Miguel processes orders and handles shipping. He is a proud father of three children and a dedicated family man. He loves the professionalism exhibited at Zoland and the respect that Yale and Rob show toward their customers and employees.
Jordan Feinerman
Jordan graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Film, Television, and Media Studies. She leads Zoland’s social media and marketing initiatives, handling everything from content creation and digital strategy to product photography and website design. In addition to marketing, she works closely with sales, production, and customers, playing an active role in the jewelry production process and ensuring each piece is thoughtfully represented across the brand’s digital presence.
Terry Coipel
Terry joined Zoland in December 2025 as Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO/ President Yale Zoland, where she serves as an essential link between leadership, clients, and internal teams. As the first point of contact with clients, she brings a thoughtful, welcoming approach to every interaction, ensuring clients feel supported from the very first interaction. With a strong focus on organization and communication, she manages executive scheduling and day to day coordination while contributing to the seamless operations that support Zoland’s continued growth and legacy of excellence.
Wendy Zoland
Wendy joined her husband, Yale, and the Zoland team part-time when she transitioned from being a full-time stay-at-home parent. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University, where she met Yale, and a law degree from Suffolk University in Boston. Wendy is responsible for inventory management, organizational tasks, and preparing for the two antique jewelry shows where Zoland Vintage exhibits. Her favorite aspect of working at Zoland is connecting with relatives from near and far, old and new friends, and especially the next generation of visitors who stop by Zoland to shop or to say hello.
Arielle Zoland
Arielle joined Zoland in 2023 after working in various sectors and is proud to represent the fourth generation in the family business. As the face of Zoland Vintage, she works closely with a network of vintage wholesalers, as well as with individual customers, exhibits at major antique shows, and manages Zoland Vintage’s Instagram account. With a BA in Anthropology from Skidmore College, Arielle has a love of storytelling and history through the lens of jewelry. She loves connecting with clients to make their custom jewelry dreams come true. Arielle is excited to carry on the Zoland legacy, bringing a deep appreciation for the past into the future of the family business.
